Skipping meals can actually make weight loss harder. Aim for three balanced meals and healthy snacks if needed. - Start your day with a balanced breakfast.
Include some protein, fibre, and healthy fats, like eggs on whole-grain toast or oats with fruit and nuts. - Drink more water.
Sometimes we mistake thirst for hunger. Aim for 6 to 8 glasses a day, and try to cut down on fizzy drinks or sugary juices.
